Is there a minimum age?
Riders must be 14 years or older to operate an Bike on public roads.

Do you have child seats?
Yes, we offer a limited number of rear-mounted child seats suitable for children aged 1 to 6 years (up to a maximum weight of 22 kg). These seats are securely fitted to the rear luggage rack and are available exclusively with our touring bikes for a small, one-time fitting fee (applicable per rental, regardless of rental length). We also provide child helmets with each child seat rental.

How fit do I need to be? Consider our eBike range
Our eBikes are designed to make cycling easier by assisting with the effort, especially on hills, making it comparable to riding on flat terrain with a regular bike. Itโ€™s suitable for anyone comfortable with a 1-2 hour walk.

Where do I pick up the Bikes?
Currently we are only able to deliver the bikes to you.

What paperwork do I need?
To safeguard our bikes, we require a valid identification document (passport or Malaysian Mykad) upon collection. Please bring this ID when you pick up your eBike.

What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing, such as shorts, a lightweight jacket, and closed shoes. Malaysiaโ€™s weather can be variable, so itโ€™s best to be prepared for both sunshine and cooler breezes. We do not recommend cycling in flip-flops.

Do I need to wear a helmet?
For safety and insurance purposes, all riders must wear helmets. We provide helmets free of charge, though youโ€™re welcome to bring your own.

Do you have recommended cycling routes?
Yes, we offer detailed route recommendations on our website. Our suggested routes feature scenic paths, quiet roads, and beautiful coastal and countryside views to maximize your cycling experience.

What happens if the Bike gets damaged or stolen?
While the bike is in your care, you are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft up to the retail value of the Bike. Our bikes are meticulously maintained, and we expect riders to treat them respectfully. We wonโ€™t hold you responsible for normal wear and tear, but any damage from misuse (like skid stops or stunts) may result in repair charges.

How can I help prevent theft?
We understand the importance of protecting the Bike. Whenever possible, stay with the bike, and if you must leave it, please lock it securely. We provide each eBike with a high-quality lock for added security. When stopping for a break, lock the bike to secure fixtures like sturdy railings, posts, or bike stands, ensuring itโ€™s in a safe location that doesnโ€™t obstruct pedestrians.

Can I take out insurance?
We currently offer a multi-day rental insurance policy, costing approximately RM180 per week. Ask our team for more details if you plan a longer rental period.

Do you require a deposit on my payment card?
Yes, we reserve a deposit authorization on your payment card, similar to car rentals. The card must be in the name of the booking person and must match the identification provided at pick-up.

What if the weather is bad?
While weโ€™re fortunate with generally good weather, we do experience occasional heavy rain or high winds. For safety and comfort, we recommend rescheduling if the weather turns severe, and weโ€™ll work with you to arrange an alternate date if needed.
